Encore Support Systems, Limited Partnership has completed the acquisition of the assets of C4e, Inc. Both companies are headquartered in San Antonio, TX, and will combine offices for streamlined operations.

A small, woman-owned consulting firm originally founded in 1996, C4e has earned a reputation for being the leader in providing clients, and more specifically DoD customers, with products and services aimed to help improve their understanding, training and management of petroleum products throughout the lifecycle, from RDT&E to proper disposition.

C4e’s principals have held seats on several key panels playing a role in synthetic fuel development, including the development and qualification of oil shale-derived jet fuel and Fischer-Tropsch processed fuels—leading the way in defining alternative energy strategies for the new millennium.
